Important Information
Order Deadline: Orders placed before 8pm will be processed the same day.
Processing time: Order processing time is 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday).
Delivery time: Delivery time is usually 3-5 working days (Monday to Friday).
Shipping costs: Free shipping.
Where do we deliver?
Currently, we only ship to the UK.
Order Deadline
If you order before 20:00, we will process your order the same day.
Order Confirmation
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This means we have your order in our system and have started processing it.
Order tracking
As soon as we have shipped your parcel, you will receive a track & trace number via e-mail. This number will allow you to see where your parcel is on our tracking page. If you do not receive the number or if it does not work, please contact our customer service team.
Shipping your order
After you place your order, we need 1-3 working days to process it. After processing, your order will be shipped and usually takes 3-5 working days to arrive.
Cancel order
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service as soon as possible after placing the order. They will confirm the cancellation of the order.
Delayed orders
If the maximum time for processing and shipping has passed and your order has not yet arrived, don't panic. Wait 2 extra days and remember to use your tracking code. If your package is still not there after that, contact us with your order number.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Have you received your parcel but it is damaged or the wrong items have been delivered? No problem! Take photos of the problem, give a brief explanation of what went wrong, and contact us with your order number.
