Return policy
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your package. To be eligible for a return or refund, items must be unused and in their original packaging.
You can start the return process by contacting our customer service team at info@helpliorluxe.com. We will then provide you with the return form and return address.
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We therefore recommend using trackable shipping as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged parcel?
If your parcel arrives damaged, please take a photo of the parcel and its contents immediately. Send this along with your order number to info@helpliorluxe.com so that our team can provide a solution.
Refunds
Once we have received and checked your return, we will let you know by email if it has been approved. If it has been accepted, you can expect your money back within 14 days using the same payment method you used.
If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider. If the problem does not lie there, you can reach us at info@helpliorluxe.com.
